Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute innovative growth-focused marketing plans while
optimizing campaign performance
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in online lead generation or sales with a focus
on direct response campaign measurement
Strong background in performance marketing, data analysis, and
campaign testing
Experience managing marketing budgets and driving ROI
A hands-on, test-and-learn mindset with the ability to move
quickly
Proactive, adaptable, and flexible in a dynamic environment
